You will also develop your analytical, research, and communication skills as you: - Analyze tax efficiency and compliance.
- Work on valuation methodologies on transfer prices, impairment tests, and fair value estimates.
- Lead all aspects of financial audit engagements.
- Research on complex accounting and tax issues.
- Prepare a provision for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109).
- Work directly with all levels of firm and client staff.
The preferred candidate: - has or will soon complete a Masters degree in Taxation - maintains a GPA of 3.
2 or better.
- has passed the Uniform CPA Examination or candidate.
