Staff Accountant

Temp to perm Staff/Sr Accountant -Cost and Inventory and Accounting -Reconciling inventory reports vs.
General Ledger -Process day-to-day inventory transactions.
-Review and enter all sales invoices into Great Plains Dynamics -Review and process all vendor invoices that are related to inventory, cost of sales -Reconcile partnership and memo items to Inventory report.
- Reconcile and record Revenue per policy - Reconcile Gross Margin and explain monthly variance.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging.
General Accounting Reconcile prepaid amortizations and reconcile Prepaid Expenses account.
Accrue for un-invoiced expenses.
Reconcile Accrued Liabilities account.
Calculate commissions to be paid in payroll.
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field Qualifications: High end retail industry experience preferred 3-5 years General Accounting with some Cost Account experience preferred.
Good knowledge of GAAP Strong MS Excel and other financial software Solid analytical skills and attention to detail a must.
