We are seeking a Senior Accountant!
What You’ll Do:
Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, SOX compliance, and other ad hoc tasks
Execute monthly accounting close activities and complete related deliverables
Reconciliations and conduct actual vs.
actual flux analysis with an eye for detail
Coordinate and assist with external audit requests
Compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal controls
Support external reporting process and SEC deadlines
Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new policies and procedures
Proactively identify issues, drive continuous improvement, optimize and automate processes/systems
Assist in special projects associated with Inventory, budgets, financial metrics, etc
System testing and provide support for implementations
Ad hoc projects to streamline operations
The Right Fit:
3 - 5 years of overall accounting experience required; CPA preferred but not required
2+ years of Public Accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
GL accounting experience
Skilled with ERP systems, experience with Netsuite is a plus
Experience with lease accounting (under ASC 842) and fixed asset accounting is a plus
Working knowledge of U.
S.
GAAP
Self-motivated team player with the capability to identify, resolve and prioritize differing business issues
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
Strong business acumen and experience working under fast paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
System implementation experience is preferred but not required
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is $105,000 - $157,800
