Calculate and manage payroll on a bi weekly basis.
Review time reports each morning to ensure time has been input for the previous day.
Must have extensive knowledge of payroll rules, taxes and applications as we have employees in other states.
Administer various HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment screenings.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support change management initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects.
- Utilize HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, ATS, or Dayforce for data entry and reporting purposes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and managing payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data entry and reporting using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, ATS, or Dayforce.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
