--Key Responsibilities:--
- **Bookkeeping Duties:**
- Maintain comprehensive financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- **General Assistant Duties:**
- Interface with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups for both departments.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone/email communications.
- Collaborate with sales, installation, and customer service teams to optimize workflows.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrable bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable principles.
- Strong multitasking and organizational prowess.
- Proficiency with relevant business management software.
- Commitment to accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Experienced with QuickBooks and similar accounting software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
