C3 AI has an immediate opening for a Billing Analyst located onsite at our offices in Redwood City, CA.
Responsibilities:
Process the day-to-day billing activities, including but not limited to, billing, accounts receivable management, and collection.
Preparing liquidity forecasts on a weekly basis
Own monthly close procedures, including preparation of accounts receivable and deferred revenue related journal entries, reconciliations, and close presentations.
Research and review applicable sales tax calculations; prepare monthly sales tax filings.
Prepare external audit schedules / support audit requests for accounts receivable, as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience working in billing functions, demonstrating expertise in the responsibilities outlined above.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field of study
Experience with high-growth companies, ideally in the Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) industry
Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize work assignments for efficiency.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work as part of a team.
Ability to deliver results and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of general accounting concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
NetSuite experience, a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

California Pay Range
$72,000—$85,000 USD
