As an Administrative Assistant II, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our Sisters to extend mercy and justice to those who need it most.
*Your Mission:*
As an Administrative Assistant II, you'll provide indispensable administrative support to our Institute Ministers and Sister Life Ministers, ensuring they can focus on what matters most: caring for our community and spreading compassion.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Dive into administrative tasks to lift the burden from our leaders' shoulders.
* Spearhead administrative support for Institute Minister and Sister Life Minister committees, fostering seamless operations.
* Be the driving force behind meetings, functions, and programs, from scheduling to logistics and beyond.
* Harness technology to facilitate Zoom and Teams meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
* Manage travel arrangements with finesse, ensuring our Sisters can journey where they're needed most.
* Create and maintain essential documents, files, and spreadsheets, keeping our operations running smoothly.
* Serve as the recording secretary for key meetings, capturing the essence of our discussions with precision.
* Embrace additional duties with enthusiasm, stepping up whenever and wherever you're needed.
*Qualifications That Set You Apart:*
*Required:*
* 5 years of executive assistant experience, showcasing your mastery of administrative support.
* High school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of college or administrative training, or a blend of education and experience that speaks volumes.
* Impeccable confidentiality paired with a knack for adhering to office administrative procedures.
* Stellar organizational skills, allowing you to juggle multiple projects with ease.
* A tech-savvy mindset, including proficiency in Office 365 and scheduling Zoom/Teams meetings.
* The ability to find solutions to administrative challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all correspondence.
* Flexibility in both schedule and approach, adapting seamlessly to evolving priorities.
*Preferred:*
* A bachelor's degree in business operations or a related field, showcasing your dedication to excellence.
* Previous experience within Catholic religious congregations or related organizations, demonstrating your alignment with our mission and values.
* A deep understanding and appreciation of the traditions and culture of the Sisters of Mercy and the Catholic Church, fostering seamless integration.
