Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to be a personal assistant for a busy CEO.
Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations - Utilize DocuSign or similar software to assist with document signing and management - Organize and maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats - Conduct research and compile information as needed - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Transcribe meeting notes and distribute to relevant parties - *Handle incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately* - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist at times with email.
Experience: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
