Summary: Responsibilities include administrative tasks, event coordination, uniform management, and coordinating with different departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

Primary Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Corporate Office Administrative Duties:
Efficiently manage phone directory and filter calls with a warm and professional greeting.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
Oversee mail management and office communications.
Coordinate and procure food, materials and supplies for corporate meetings and trainings.
Conduct errands outside the office as needed.

Financial Administration:
Work with the finance department to process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Human Resources Support:
Assist walk-in candidates with employment application intake & inquiries.
Assist employees with utilizing the Employee Self-Service system.
Occasional tasks/projects to assist the HR Department
4.
Event Coordination:
Plan, execute and manage company events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and conferences.
Vendor Management:
Communicate and negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.

Facilities Management:
Manage janitorial services & issues, procurement, and stock supplies.
Coordinate facility improvements, and special projects
Light Housekeeping – routine schedule for daily and weekly duties
6.
Uniform Management:
Oversee the uniform program, including distribution, collection, and inventory management.
Qualifications, Experience and Additional Compensation:
Required:
1-3 years’ experience in an administration, event planning, or similar role
Exceptional administrative support and foster a positive working environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communications in English/Spanish
Familiarity with computer, telephone, & voice mail technology
Valid CA Driver’s License and must be pre-authorized by the Company’s insurance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift no more than 25 lbs.
