Position Summary
The Receptionist/Data Entry person will be responsible for being the face of Hammon Plating, Palo Alto.
This person will answer, direct, and contend will all incoming calls.
They will support staff as necessary, doing data entry as needed.
This person should be very organized and have a high attention to detail.
This person will support our executive team in a professional manner.
Job Description
Professionally answer, contend with, and direct incoming calls
Data entry, when needed; Update database, as needed
Assist and support all areas of staff
Respond professionally and amiably to requests for administrative support or assistance
Assist other staff in administrative tasks, as requested.
