TIME to ROADTRIP! VW EUROVAN WESTPHALIA WEEKENDER CAMPER 2001, VR6, 2.
8 liter, 201 hp, RV Type Class B, Automatic transmission, automatic windows and door locks, AM/FM radio with cassette player, sliding windows in the cabin.
$26,700, with 160,000 miles.
This Weekender is in great condition and is a fun vehicle to drive! It has had regular maintenance, with recent upgrades, including tires, brake rotors and pads, etcetera.
There is no rust.
All existing service records are available to prospective buyers.
The Weekender camper is the minimalist’s dream, with windows wrapping around the body.
Tasteful curtains are hung and can be snapped together and to the interior wall for ultimate privacy.
It's perfect for short-term or extended road trips.
Just get in, with gear, and drive away! The Weekender is our first choice for a traveling van, because of its simple versatility and space.
The downstairs (main cabin) bench folds down in to a 60” wide queen size bed, and the upstairs pop top bed folds down to be a 46” wide bed.
Two 2" foam pads in duvet covers are included to enhance the comfort of the firm mattresses, which are rolled up and stored in rear during the daytime.
Can fit two kids upstairs and two adults downstairs.
Perfect for dry camping, being self-contained and independent of public lodging and services.
The Weekender width is 5’8” (body) with additional partially foldable 11” side mirrors and has a height of 6’8” (top in closed position) and the length is 16’, to fit in a residential garage space, and most public parking garages.
It has been safely stored away inside a garage during our years of ownership.
The front driver and passenger seats swivel around.
The collapsible table stores flush against the wall, and accommodates the reach up to four people.
There is a portable 12-V cooler that fits under the rear facing seat (we did not use it).
Our van’s second rear-facing seat was removed years ago, likely because it blocks the space when interior beds are in place.
You can easily store your soft luggage and Coleman camp stove and sleeping bags in storage area under the seat/beds.
The beds are so comfortable and atmosphere super cozy.
The curtains can be closed around the entire van, including the front windshield for ultimate privacy when desired.
When using the van day-to-day driving around or schlepping small cargo, the seats can easily be flattened or folded up.
This van also gets great mileage on the highway and is a joy to drive on long trips, with great visibility and comfortable cloth seats.
Each of the three seats have adjustable side arms for support.
This Eurovan Weekender has been lovingly maintained, is safe to drive, and is expected to have a long lifespan.
