The Front Desk Sales Associate is the first point of contact at the studio.
This role can make or break a relationship or potential lead or new client.
Sales and customer service experience is a huge focus and requirement for this position.
Applicant must be able to work in a busy environment and stay on task, stay organized, uncover opportunities for sales and be a team player yet be motivated when working individually.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* * \*\*\*Meet and or exceed daily sales goals and membership growth goals * Establish and maintain an effective referral program * Maintain accurate client records using established FLEXX Studios sales systems * Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls/sales and prospecting calls * Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create a friendly positive entrance into the FLEXX Studios facility.
* Ability to identify and uncover sales opportunities and execute * Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities * Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area and studio * Process accurate credit card transactions * Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns * Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled * Shared responsibilities of weekly pilates reformer machine upkeep and maintenance (training provided) * Participate in weekly Front Desk Team meetings * Work with Front Desk Team on community outreach strategy as well as helping organize and implement successful in-studio events, trunk shows, member challenges and promotions * Work to support FLEXX Studios sales and member relations initiatives such as call campaigns, engage in activities to drive studio revenue and new client sign ups, member retention program, referral program, contests and challenges.
*JOB QUALIFICATIONS:* * Excellent customer service skills and ability to problem solve * Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills * Marketing experience preferred * Solid verbal and written communication skills required * Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment * Computer skills required – MS office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
