*JOB DESCRIPTION*
*FULL-TIME PASSENGER CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT:*
* Provide friendly service to and maintain positive with all customers in high standard of professionalism
* Responsible for providing customer service to passengers desiring to travel, by determining and recommending the service that meets Customers’ needs, including issuing tickets
* Communicate with Customers by telephone to furnish information regarding fares, schedules, routings, flights, flight irregularities, availability of seat, and other general information
* Assist Customers’ requests and inquiries on frequent flyers’ program and star alliance related needs
* Responsible for providing services to Customers’ needs in according to regulations set forth by Company, Department of Transportations (U.
S.
DOT), Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA), and other government agencies
* Assist customers at the office ticketing counter
* Handle daily Sales/Refund transactions and generate reports
* Handle and reply emails from passengers or internal communication messages from other Ticketing offices
* Help investigating and providing related documents to Finance Department on credit card chargeback cases
