Minimum Qualifications
* Experience with transportation logistics is preferred.
Prior industry experience with a charter ground transportation provider, a major plus.
* At least two years of customer service experience.
* Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills a plus
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment, while still following through and completing all tasks.
* Excellent customer service skills a must, and able to communicate effectively with clients and chauffeurs.
* Strong verbal customer service skills are essential
* High attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under stress/pressure.
* Natural ability to be a solution-oriented problem solver.
* Organized and self-motivated individual
* Professional attitude and team player
* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Must be able to work some overtime/weekends
* Thrive in an environment where workload demands are in a constant state of flux
* Ability to understand and adapt quickly to a reservations & dispatch computer platform
* Proficient with keyboard data entry
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Monitor Dispatch Board/Schedule.
* Keep system dispatch board updated and coded accurately at all times, by staying on top of changes such as vehicles switches, chauffeur switches, flight updates, location changes…etc.
* Responsible for knowing the location of all vehicles at all times while dispatching.
* Ensure that all customers are picked up on time.
* Ensure operational excellence and solve issues as they arise.
* Communicate all details with chauffeurs, co-dispatchers and any other appropriate personnel to ensure the highest customer care is provided.
* Interact with office staff, managers, clients and chauffeurs to ensure accommodation/special requests.
* Handle customer service calls that include reservations, changes or cancellations.
