Our services include floating (sensory deprivation) tanks, fire and ice (infrared sauna and cold plunge), halotherapy (salt room), pressothersapy (Lymphatic drainage), energy healing, and more.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about wellness and interested in holistic modalities and alternative healing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Share knowledge and interest in holistic modalities and natural/alternative healing.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with guests and team members.
* Greet and check clients in and out, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
* Conduct new client orientations, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
* Promote and sell products and services to enhance the guest experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards between sessions.
* Assist with lifting 50lbs Epsom salt bags to refill tanks as needed.
* Set up rooms for each session, creating a soothing atmosphere.
* Handle laundry tasks efficiently.
* Schedule appointments and manage phone and email correspondence.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service and retail/wellness experience.
* Interest in learning holistic modalities and helping clients heal and recover.
* Commitment to being on time and present is a must.
* High school diploma or equivalent education.
* Basic computer skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Positive and energetic attitude.
* Professional and clean appearance.
* Willingness to work weekends.
