「Position: Part-Time Front Desk Assistant」 Responsibilities: • Greet and assist students upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Facilitate smooth class check-ins and registrations, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist in setting up meditation rooms before classes, ensuring a tranquil and organized space.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the meditation space and front desk area.
• Provide introductory information to new students, guiding them through their first experience at Inner Seed Meditation.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements: • Passion for meditation and mindfulness practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Availability for flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
