Lenity Vet Specialists + Emergency Care is growing and looking to add another superstar to our team!
We are a privately (female) owned veterinary specialty & emergency hospital specializing in orthopedic/soft tissue surgery, and urgent care/emergency medicine.
Our goal is to provide a boutique-level veterinary experience for our clients.
We are hoping to add additional departments in the near future as well!
A client service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help clients and their pet(s)- not because they have to but because they WANT to.
They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
We are looking for someone who can put themselves in their clients' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
CSRs should be confident at troubleshooting, problem-solving, and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve client complaints.
Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction.
We are oftentimes on the front line for critical and time-sensitive situations, so attention to detail and the ability to hustle quickly is crucial.
A love for animals is important as we all care for our patients like they’re our own.
_Veterinary specialty/emergency terminology and familiarity is highly preferred.
Basic veterinary knowledge is required.

*Responsibilities (include but not limited to):*
* Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a polite, timely manner
* Identify and assess clients’ needs to be able to provide care with various different departments
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Meet personal/client service team goals
* Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
* Keep detailed records of client interactions, process financial transactions and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage clients in person, text and email
* Ensure our front reception area is clean and sanitized, well-stocked, and organized
*Skills*
* Proven client support experience or experience as a client service representative (veterinary field preferred)
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with data entry and appointment scheduling (EzyVet preferred but not required)
* Ability to adapt/respond to different types of clientele
* Excellent communication, grammar/spelling and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
\* We are currently hiring for a weekend position so availability for the following days is required: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (based on hospital needs)

Pay: $21.
