Good Nite Inn is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team.
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

*Responsibilities*:
* Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
* Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
* Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
* Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
* Assist with reservations and room assignments
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
*Qualifications*:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
* Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures a plus
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
* Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
