Promethium (part of QCWare) is an enterprise SaaS quantum inspired computational chemistry company solving the largest and most complex problems in molecular research and design.
We are modernizing chemistry simulation on high performance GPU based code.
This allows our customers to more rapidly, and with more accuracy, design and bring to market new materials and new drugs.
Promethium is growing and we want you to join our mission to help our customers get to the winning molecules faster! We are adding a CustomerSuccess Representative to our team, who will focus on ensuring our existing customers receive value from their purchase of Promethium.
This person will work with Sales team members to confirm customer success criteria and deliver against those criteria.
This person will help customers identify novel ways to leverage the Promethium platform to improve their research workflows.
This role will report to the SVP of SaaS Sales.
This role is located in the United States and requires minimal travel
Role
Build the Customer Success strategy from the ground up:
- Build processes to ensure high Platform adoption.
- Collaborate with Product to develop customer facing documentation
- Work with Marketing/Product/Chemistry teams to develop training offerings
Delight Customers: Ensure customers receive value from their Promethium purchases
- Proactively seek opportunities for customers to broaden adoption of the platform
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- Proactively share best practices with customers on how to leverage the Platform and utilize other technologies in their environments
Contribute to Sales enablement and product improvement: Bring the “voice of the customer” to the Sales, Product and Marketing teams
Ensure high level of customer retention and expansion: Make Promethium an invaluable part of each customers’ research strategy
Minimum Qualifications
Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have):
3+ years experience in Customer Success in a SaaS environment
Bias for action
An accountability mindset
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Impeccable analytical mindset, project management, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in chemistry, preferably in computational chemistry
Experience in start ups or start up like environments is a plus
Compensation
OTE: $90,000 split between base salary and variable compensation
