We are seeking to add a Front Office Operations team member who finds all sorts of problems interesting and wants to take on more responsibility over time.
You will work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment as a member of the Retro Operations team.
In this role, you will:
Oversee “lobby management” - greeting guests and candidates and ensuring smooth check-in
Own office opening and closing duties
Support keeping the office environment clean and tidy
Conduct document management and workflow refinement
Receive incoming and schedule outbound packages
Coordinate with vendors and partners on account and order management
Work with internal and external parties to get things done
Assist with travel and event planning, booking, tracking, and coordination
Perform standard administrative duties (e.
g.
, scheduling meetings, etc.
)
Help with occasional furniture assembly and other practical tasks
Be on-call for emergency coverage some weekends and holidays
You might thrive in this role if you:
Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Boast strong collaboration and communication skills across levels and job functions
Have experience working at a startup or a dynamic environment
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, Expensify, Asana, and Slack
Are able to balance multiple competing priorities and resolve problems, often under time pressure
Are resourceful and can figure out how to solve unusual tasks
Are energetic, adaptable, and happy to jump in and help with any task that comes your way
Are well-organized, with a sharp eye for detail

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$70,000/year.
