Customer Support/Fulfillment Specialist

*PLANET HALO *is a provider for dash cams to commercial customers.
We also provide personal protective equipment (PPE) for the medical industry and general public.
We are looking to fulfill a full-time Customer Support/Fulfillment position to join our company.
The Technical and Customer Support/Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers, fulfilling orders and tracking inventory.
*Key Responsibilities* *Support/Customer Service* Support - · Provide tech support to clients in a timely direction · Monitor and manage customer accounts · Troubleshoot and provide basic connection issues *Customer Service-* · Respond to incoming calls, emails and other messages from customers and provide the correct answers and directions.
· Call customers with accounts overdue and send to accounting · Special projects or other duties and required *Fulfillment/Inventory* *Fulfillment –* · Pulling materials to fulfill customer orders · Packing customer orders · Data entry into the WMS system and shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.
) systems · Preparing materials for shipment *Inventory –* · Cycle counting to verify accuracy on a regular basis · Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock General Help in other areas as needed, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with some power tools and able to work overtime, if required.
Physical demands ability to lift 20lbs-40lbs use of hands to operate tools and controls a plus Qualifications o Two years of related experience in Receiving/Fulfillment or Support/Customer Service preferred o Live within commutable distance to office o Exceptional customer service skills o Detail oriented with excellent organization skills o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Knowledgeable and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) o Experience in e-commerce and technology industry a plus *Pay $18-$22/hr* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
