Data Entry/Customer Service

We are looking for Data Entry/Vaccination Coordinators to provide excellent client support at our pop-up vaccination sites in San Francisco Bay area and San Jose area.
The right candidates are expected to provide quality and professional customer service that consistently meets and exceeds company standards.
*Location: *San Francisco and San Jose area *Settings: *Long Term Care facilities and Mobile Units *Type:* Part-time PRN *Shift:* 4 to 6 pop-ups a month, 6-8 hour shifts R*equirements: * * *Available to work Saturdays* * *Travel within 60 miles required.
* * Strong communication skills; both written and verbal * Excellent leadership skills * Knowledgeable in infection prevention and control practices * *Reliable transportation *and clean driving record if applicable *Responsibilities* * Maintains database by entering new and updated client information.
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
* Responding promptly to clients' inquiries.
* Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
* Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.
* Help on-site clients in filling out forms and navigating the site.
*Skills* * Proficiency in Office and Google Suite * Hands-on experience with office printers * Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
