Job Description:
The Client Services Assistant serves as the Professional Services Center (PSC) receptionist, providing administrative service and support.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Greet office guests and visitors, informing requested individuals of their arrival.
Answer PSC main phone line and direct calls as requested, taking phone messages and ensure they are delivered to the requested individual.
Maintain day-to-day presentation and cleanliness of reception and waiting area.
Reserve offices for PSC visitors.
Schedule conference rooms and publish daily conference room schedule.
Handle all meeting arrangements including ordering food from outside vendors.
Coordinate requests for taxi cabs and, upon requests, make travel arrangements for PSC personnel and visitors.
Receive all facilities requests and direct requests to proper individual for resolution.
Process facilities invoices in Firm accounts payable systems for payments.
Completes various other tasks as requested/needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Ideal 2+ years of client service/receptionist experience in a professional service environment, with knowledge of and experience working with multi-line phone systems.
Exceptional customer service skills & excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Complete several tasks simultaneously, working professionally with all individuals.
Ability to communicate and interact well with others, including vendors and contractors.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and have excellent computer skills.
The ideal candidate will have the willingness to work overtime, non-standard hours and the occasional weekend/holiday
Attentive to detail.
Preferred Shift: Monday-Friday 8-5
The Compensation range for this role is 18.
70 to 28.
05USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
