The wetness is WD40 trying unsuccessfully to get the screw loose.
Just needs more muscle than we have on this end.
But the screw is pulled out enough that an umbrella will fit in there fairly securely with limited wiggle.
You could pack some shims around the umbrella if the screw does not come loose.
Item is 6"tall, 14.
5"diameter and, as mentioned, the opening is 1.
5".
Item is very heavy so not likely to tip over easily.
