*Family Law Associate (3 to 10 years of experience)*

We are looking for a smart, experienced, team-oriented associate attorney to join our booming practice.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist partners with all aspects of a case from start to finish, including at Hearings and in
Mediation.
* Conduct Legal Research.
* Draft Pleadings, including Declarations, Memorandum of Points and Authorities,
Motions, and Trial Pleadings.
* Prepare and respond to Discovery requests.
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed California attorney with at least three years of prior experience, preferably in
Family Law litigation.
* Ability to think critically and apply legal reasoning to complex issues.
* Excellent research and writing skills, including drafting of Declarations, Memorandum of
Points and Authority, Motions, and Trial Pleadings.
* Self-motivated with a desire to be an integral part of a team.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Experience working with clients on financial Disclosures and Discovery.
