Managing Counsel, IP Litigation

Tesla participates in the E-Verify Program What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Managing Counsel, IP Litigation for our Palo Alto location.
As a member of Tesla’s IP Litigation team, you will be directly engaged in developing and driving litigation strategy with a trial-focused approach and partnering with the business to identify potential litigation risks and solutions.
You will be supporting Tesla in a wide range of significant litigation matters worldwide, but primarily focused on intellectual property litigations and Patent Office proceedings.
You will be joining a fun, fast-paced and growing legal team working collaboratively together on novel legal issues.
What You’ll Do Develop and drive Tesla’s strategy for IP litigations Manage and help run all aspects of litigation matters, in the U.
S.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
