*Direct Counsel* is seeking a *Senior Attorney* to join its *Litigation* group.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts, possessing excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.
Candidates with experience handling multi-district litigation are encouraged to apply.
This position is open to all U.
S.
offices, with a *preference for attorneys based or barred in Arkansas*.
This is a non-partnership track position.

*Requirements:*

*Pay Transparency:* In accordance with California, New York, and Washington's Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, New York, or Washington is $235,000-$275,000 per year.
The compensation offered will be dependent upon various factors.
