Legal research and analysis of applicable legal and compliance trends (e.
g.
related to commercialization, sales and marketing)
Assist with development of company policies (e.
g.
product communications, HCP interactions)
Assist with other legal department responsibilities, including contract management and IP docket management
Skills and Experience We Look For:
Must be a current U.
S.
law student pursuing a JD or LLM.
