The Meta Analytics Program Management Team drives data initiatives across Meta to successful delivery.
Using strong communication and collaboration, Analytics Program Management understands Meta’s data landscape and builds connections across disparate team members including engineering, data science, and business to deliver key measurement and insights globally.
We drive efficiency, cultivate relationships, increase knowledge sharing, and facilitate meaningful external collaborations and partnerships.
In this role, you will execute project-specific and org-wide programs as well as utilize processes to build capacity and support growing data needs.
The ideal candidate will understand the role of data in product.
The person in this role must have excellent execution and follow through skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and be highly detail-oriented and self-driven.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations, connects resources and identifies barriers.
This person will also work with external professional services, data tool vendors, central product teams, and various apps within Meta, and is responsible for providing program updates at multiple levels.
Successful candidates should have strong project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills ideally developed through working on data and analytic intensive functions.
Success in the role is developing successful partnerships, delivery against aligned commitments, and enacting operating rhythm leading to needs and resource alignment.
Analytics Program Manager Responsibilities: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, PM, and Leadership to operationalize team goals, maintain accurate priorities, and hold self and teams accountable for execution.
Deliver strong communications to drive transparency, own progress reporting, and proactively unblock teams.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, research raw ideas, establish trust with team, and advocate to meet challenging goals.
Execute large, complex projects from inception to operational maintenance.
Maintain subject matter expertise and stay abreast of technological developments.
Manage vendor and data partner relationships externally.
Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in a project/program management role with proven people influencing experience including with virtual and global teams and proven organizational skills.
Proven presentation, and communication experience with key stakeholders including experience aligning priorities and expectations within teams across a very large organization.
Experience multi-tasking continuously and operating in a highly flexible environment.
Demonstrated competency with cross-group collaboration including proven interpersonal skills, relationship building, stakeholder management, and collaboration with a cross-functional, global team.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and demonstrated critical thinking and thrives in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and leadership teams.
