Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, including providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders
- Coordinate catering services for special events or functions
- Manage the bar area, including inventory control, bartending, and drink menu development
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and restaurant management software
Note: Experience in coffee shops, catering, bartending, banquets, hotels, or food production is highly desirable.
