As a Store Manager at Tong Sui, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business profitability.
You will lead a team of passionate dessert enthusiasts to achieve operational excellence and create memorable experiences for our customers.
*Key Responsibilities:* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, product quality, and adherence to brand standards.
Lead, train, and mentor staff, ensuring a positive work environment and excellent customer service.
Drive sales goals and monitor business metrics, including inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and liaise with vendors.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost store visibility and sales.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Qualifications:* Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the coffee or drinks industry.
Passion for desserts and knowledge about coconut-based products is a plus.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Understand and speak Mandarin is a plus but not required.
