*Job Description:*
* Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
*Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.
* Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements.
*KEY SUCCESS FACTORS*
-Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
-Manage cross-functional products and programs in a matrix organization.
-Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements.

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team.
-Collaboratively define the vision for building state-of-the-art, global products.
-Identify dependencies and gaps, unblock issues and drive consensus amongst teams to drive results.
-Maintains and tracks our operational metrics to understand our ecosystem and to provide feedback and direction on where improvements are needed.
-Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
-Move fast in a flat organization by working in concert with technical program managers and engineers across the organization to establish a shared vision for improving execution and build solutions for privacy and security at scale.
-Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
-Build bridges with product and infrastructure teams to discover adoption challenges, champion purpose use development and privacy/security product adoption.
-Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiative.
*Education/Experience:*
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
*PMP or PMI certification * AWS or GCP certification preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.
00 - $65.
00 per hour
