As a Senior Product Manager, PLG at Navan you will be responsible for leading the PLG motion.
You will lead the product by working with a large cross-functional team that includes design, engineering, marketing, legal, and finance.
This role reports directly to the Director, Product (for Growth).
What You'll Do:
Lead the development and implementation of the Product-Led Growth strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with the product development team to create user-centric products that drive engagement and adoption.
Develop and optimize onboarding processes to ensure seamless user activation and value realization.
Implement strategies to enhance user education and product understanding.
Design and implement strategies to maximize user retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align PLG initiatives with broader business objectives.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Implement a culture of experimentation to continually optimize and iterate on PLG strategies.
A/B test product features and user flows to identify and implement improvements.
What We're Looking For:
6+ years of Product Management experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Product-Led Growth
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
A deep understanding of user behavior, customer segmentation, and user personas.
Leading cross-functional teams, navigating matrix organizational structure with an ability to deliver results.
Ability to create a business plan from the ground up and executive on a strategy that drives not only growth, but revenue.
Strong communication skills and executive presence, both with internal and external stakeholders.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need.
To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets.
