What this job involves – This role is responsible for implementing training as defined by a Training Matrix at the direction of the Account Training Lead.
Including in this responsibility are understanding roles of students to support reporting and troubleshoot system issues; check on accuracy of training content assigned, and vendors who supply the training.
Additionally, this individual administers the tools to track the training, and responsible for metrics to show compliance or/and performance.
This role includes partnering with Management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Matrix per the MSA scope.
What is your day to day? Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly training activities including reporting of both client and JLL training systems.
Proactively supports Training Manager to ensure alignment.
Supports Managers and staff on their training requests.
Bring innovative ideas to continue to make process improvements.
Owns projects, timelines, for training initiatives.
Maintain and communicate standards, processes and templates for instructional design work and project plan tasks.
Manage day-to-day technical and operational problems to resolution.
Participate in technology development project conversations to understand the complexity of the technology being developed & the user groups impacted.
Apply this information to identify the best means instructional design and training delivery model (in person, online, etc.
) Create and/or maintain processes to track projects against milestones.
Assist in determining and tracking time/cost estimates for projects.
Has a minimal working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and technical language to work with technical staff and vendors for training as well as subject-matter-experts.
Maintains knowledge of JLL’s business to effectively support JLL growth and client satisfaction.
Required Associate in arts (AA) degree in related field.
Strong Professional and Interpersonal Skills: The individual should have excellent professional and interpersonal abilities.
Training Implementation: The individual should have experience in implementing training programs based on the defined training matrix.
They should be able to understand the roles of students, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure accuracy of assigned training content.
Training Administration: The individual should possess the skills to administer tools for tracking training progress and be responsible for metrics to show compliance and performance.
They should be able to generate reports from both client and JLL training systems.
Collaboration and Communication: The individual should be able to partner with management and stakeholders to carry out the training matrix within the scope of the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
They should have strong interpersonal skills to support managers and staff with their training requests.
Additionally, they should proactively support the Training Manager to ensure alignment.
Innovative Thinking: The individual should bring innovative ideas to improve processes and make continuous improvements in training initiatives.
They should be able to own projects and timelines related to training.
Instructional Design Knowledge: The individual should maintain and follow standards, processes, and templates for instructional design work and project plan tasks.
They should have a sound understanding of instructional design principles and be able to apply them effectively.
Problem Solving and Technical Skills: The individual should be capable of managing day-to-day technical and operational issues related to training and work towards their resolution.
They should have a minimal working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and technical language to collaborate with technical staff and vendors when necessary.
Project Management: The individual should have the ability to track their work against milestones, assist in determining time and cost estimates, and contribute to project planning and management related to training initiatives.
Business Knowledge: The individual should maintain knowledge of JLL's business to effectively support the company's growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Prior experience in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical, medical research device, or other Life Science industry preferred.
