San Juan Sailboat for Sale - $2,600 (Redwood City)

I am saying goodbye to my sailboat.
It is well loved and well maintained.
-It is a 1972 San Juan Sailboat.
The registration is up to date and I have the title in hand.
2023 stickers are up to date on the boat.
-The length is 24 feet.
The beam is 8 feet.
The draft is 4 feet.
-It has a Nissan 5 MPH, 4 stroke gas marine outboard motor.
(It is in working condition and on April 10th, 2023, it had its yearly maintenance completed.
) -It has 1 Main sail and comes with 2 Jib sails.
-It has a marine stereo system in working condition.
-Three sleeping arrangements can be located in the cabin.
-Comes with VHF radio for emergency situations.
-Hull was cleaned on 12/10/2023 Located at: Port of Redwood City (675 Seaport Blvd, Redwood City) -Slip is transferable -Amenities include: Restrooms, showers and laundry -Weekends: Live music, car shows, food trucks, and festivals (depending on the year) It is the most beautiful marina and I will miss the atmosphere.
Everyone is very kind and sweet.
The sailboat is very sturdy and it does well in high winds.
I have taken it throughout the San Francisco Bay area and use it for fishing as well.
The marina has multiple aquatic species and offers wonderful encounters.
This sailboat cannot be used as a 'liveaboard' as it does not meet the feet requirements, however you can stay on it for up to 3 days/nights at a time.
