Metal/Hard Rock Drummer and Guitarist Looking for Bass and Vocals (pacifica)

Drummer and Guitarist looking for Bass and Vocals to start original band.
Mainly going for a Metal/Hard Rock sound, also have a couple of songs that are more punk/pop punk.
Not totally constrained to Metal just looking to make good music.
Looking to gig, Drummer has connections with bars and venues in the Bay Area.
Have a rehearsal space, each member would need to be able to contribute to rent and make it to practice at least twice a week.
(Would need to sort schedules out).
Ages 16 - 24 preferred.
