Looking to start 00s rock cover band (san mateo)

Hi, I'm a lead singer looking to start up a mostly-for-fun modern rock cover band.
Goal would be playing peninsula shows once a month or so- mostly bars, with 2 rehearsals per month likely at XMES in Menlo.
This would involve doing your homework on songs to make rehearsal time high yield.
I'd like to play these first ten songs with the rest of the setlist determined by the other members of the band (within the general frame of 1990-2010 modern rock genre).
Frankly I'm not looking to pick the songs required to be gigging at festivals, but rather music I enjoy and that people wouldn't expect to hear from a cover band: The Hives - Hate to Say I Told You So Velvet Revolver - Slither 311- Amber Goldfinger - 99 Red Balloons Lit - My Own Worst Enemy Papa Roach - Last Resort Sublime - Badfish Everclear - H***in Girl Kings of Leon - Molly's Chambers Bad Religion - God's Love I think 2 guitars, bass and drums would be best so if you think this might be a good fit, hit me up! Still sorting the logistics but it looks like the cost per person would be about 50/mo for the rehearsal space, would obviously be offset if/when we start getting paying gigs.
I can send a video of prior songs I have done with another tribute band if interested.
