Maltipoo to rehome (belmont)

Very cute and affectionate maltipoo to rehome.
I cannot care for him anymore due to financial and work reasons.
Shelters won't take him and said euthanasia is the only option.
Gender: Male Age: 1 yrs 7 months Personality Type: VERY cuddly and affectionate.
Please note this dog does have separation anxiety and will need someone with patience and time to train him.
Current medical issues: *Important* He has a fractured arm from an accident that has been slow to recover.
I have been taking him to the vet to get his splint/cast changed and for check ups.
Will need to continue the visits to the vet to check on the splint (should be almost done healing) but an infection is growing from the splint and he will need to be taken to a vet as soon as possible.
I cannot fund the visits to the vet anymore as I've spent a lot due to his medical/vet visits the past year and cannot afford to continue to do so anymore.
I have contacted rescue orgs but unfortunately they are full so no one would take him.
