HOUSING NEEDED ASAP in EXCHANGE for (san rafael)

Male, 59 gay in need of housing asap; Hoping to rent room/ house with garage in exchange for personal asst cook clean elderly living alone companion.
I work in Mill Valley but sadly can’t afford to live there… or can I??? I prefer a place with little to no stairs, washer dryer included (and poss.
utilities as well) I currently live in the east bay.
Am open to living anywhere that is no longer than 45min/ HR commute to Mill Valley.
Anywhere near a 24 hr fitness would be a +.
Prefer own bathroom / bathroom inside bedroom.
I am an artist, photographer and hairstylist.
Any room sharing collaborative efforts are appreciated and welcome.
Though I have money for rent I am more interested in living with person to swap needs and or + rent.
I am open to personal asst duties/ cook/ clean/ dog sit/ walk childcare etc.
While I am looking for the above place to ‘live’ for the time being I just need a temp.
place to set up my bed and my computer and my ironing board to iron my shirt in the morning for work- and access to washer/ dryer.
I have a 50 gallon tropical fish aquarium that I need to know asap if I will either be welcome and have space to set it up or I must tear down and get rid of fish.
I work TUES WED THIRS $ SAT during the day.
EVERYTHING IS OPEN AND NEGOTIABLE.
I HAVE VERY LITTLE TIME TO MAKE THIS MOVE.
