Experienced Property Caretakers (santa cruz)

An experienced property caretaking couple looking for a new position in Santa Cruz County.
Open to any locations in the county.
We have 5+ years of live on property upkeep and management experience ranging from bed and breakfast and Airbnb management, to off grid living and mountain property maintenance, gardening landscaping, domestic and farm animal care and more.
One of us also has winery cellar and vineyard experience and the other extensive nannying experience.
We love Santa Cruz so much and really feel at home here.
We are adaptable, hard working and friendly.
We’re open to full or partial rent trade, rent to own and really any other sort of creative situation.
We also have a resume and references available for all previous positions.
We do have a dog and 2 semi outdoor cats, so we’re looking for something pet friendly.
