Room with Garage space wanted. (Mountain View)

I am looking to rent a room, preferably in a SFH on the Peninsula, that also has garage space out outdoor storage space.
I own my own construction company and work 6-7 days a week.
I keep to myself for the most part.
No pets, single, no drugs, I don't drink at home, non smoking, heavy sleeper but I prefer a quiet place.
I also fine if you have animals, 420 friendly but I don't partake.
