senior male seeks living quarters (hayward / castro valley)

Hi---I'm a senior male, semi-retired with a guaranteed income to cover my housing, etc, plus I teach music part time up in West Coco 2-3 days a week.
I have good credit and I'm very quiet.
Currently in Hayward but need to leave here soon.
I'd like to find something anywhere from Hayward all the way up to Pinole/El Sobrante/Hercules area.
I'm fine w/shared kitchen privileges (I'm a good cook).
Safe parking nearby would be great, and while I'd love a private bath I'm willing to share.
I'd like to find something around $500--$600/month.
