My name is Alek! I recently moved to the Bay Area seeking a fresh start for myself and the opportunity to advance my professional career as a graphic designer.
For the past few months I've been splitting rent on a duplex in South San Francisco with some acquaintances.
However, my living situation has recently been made less than ideal due to personal disagreements amongst the other tenants.
I'm looking to move somewhere in the Peninsula or South Bay area within the next few weeks.
I'm primarily looking for somewhere clean and safe where I can have some degree of privacy.
A small bedroom in a shared house (or a single-bedroom apartment) with communal kitchen access would be preferable.
I am willing to pay upward of $1200 a month for rent+utilities, with more affordable options taking priority.
Depending on amenities, my budget is somewhat flexible.
I will need access to facilities such as heat, water, Internet, and parking.
A little bit of information to get to know me: I'm a 24-year-old graphic designer and content developer with a BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
I'm currently employed with Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
Some hobbies of mine include baking, creating digital and fine art, designing webpages, hiking, and trying new things with my friends! I'm very tidy and considerate of others, and will make sure to take great care of my living space.
