($1000) Urgently need affordable private room for me and my cat (campbell)

Hello, you can call me K for now.
I am a 30 year old woman (no kids) and employed full time.
I am respectful and responsible.
I am trying to leave a bad relationship and have been struggling to find a place that I can afford.
I just need somewhere peaceful and (at least somewhat) private to call home.
For rent I am living paycheck to paycheck and can only afford ideally about $1000 a month.
This is slightly negotiable but not by much.
I would prefer my own bathroom but it is not mandatory as long as I have my own private bedroom with a door that can lock.
I have 2 cats but 1 is temporary as I am just watching my mom's cat for a few months.
They are very well behaved and clean.
But they are indoors only and cannot go outside.
I dont drink or party but I am 420 friendly - I have NO problem smoking outside only and would never disrespect your rules about that.
I may have 1 overnight guest occasionally or have friends visit once in a while but for the most part I am very chill and keep to myself and very friendly.
I love all kinds of food and music and am also a gamer (PS4!).
Easy to get along with.
I would prefer someone who is on the cleaner side however especially if it is a shared bathroom situation.
I also do not mind if you are male or female.
Would prefer month to month over a lease but I am open minded! Trying to ideally find a place to move early March.
