Combat vet looking for a zen space (oakland east)

I'm a 35 year old combat vet originally from East Oakland.
I have secure income for the rest of my existence.
I'm looking to rent a room and save up until i can buy my own house.
In the meantime I'm just trying to lay low and chill.
I'm 100 percent service connected disabled, I cannot work at the moment.
If you are willing to rent me a room, I can promise you won't have any trouble with the rent money.
I'll always pay on time.
I keep my space clean at all times, and can contribute to cleaning the common areas.
I keep to myself and I'm very quiet.
Only accommodation I ask of: I use cannabis to heal.
If you have an area where i can medicate, I'd be very grateful and promise to clean up after myself and to keep that area clean.
I know this a long shot, but again, keep in mind my rent will be guaranteed.
( I'm currently not partaking in cannabis but plan on medicating again 6 months from now) I'm up front and honest and don't want deviate from the truth of who i am.
About me: I'm a gym rat and have been committed to my training.
Down the road I could be going into competition again.
Usually a homebody that is either gaming or just watching TV and movies.
I don’t go out much.
But I keep the areas clean, mind my own business, and if you are in a sketchy area, I make a better guard dog.
