Hello! I'm a 33 yo single male musician and songwriter currently living in the Mission with my super sweet almost 2 yo golden doodle.
While I've enjoyed living alone, I also really miss having roommates.

I've been daydreaming about finding a group of other musicians or other creative people to create a music-forward collaborative living space.
I love the idea of finding others who are chill with instruments in common areas, who like the idea of setting up a little jam space in the unit.

I think it'd be super cool to live with others who share a love for music, who understand a musician's schedule, who like the idea of inviting their roommates to friend's shows, or the periodic house jam session, stuff like that.
In terms of location, I'm pretty flexible across San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, or Alameda.
Once we get a few people together who are interested we can maybe start by spending some time together socially, and then can start looking more seriously for a place.
At the moment I'm imagining targeting a June 1st move-in, but could go later as well depending on others' needs.
