Single friendly female and Dog looking for a place to live (Fairfield)

Hello, my name is Jocelyn.
I am looking for a place that me and my dog can stay.
If there's any room and board places that need to be watched over or if you just need help with anything around the house I am willing to do so.
I have a program that's willing to pay deposit and first month rent for me but it will take between 2-4 weeks to receive the check.
I don't party, I don't have company.
I don't smoke weed or cigarettes.
I don't drink.
I'm 38 years old.
I'm just trying to find an place that's stable so I can start over trying to rebuild my life.
I hate drama I don't like confrontation.
I'm straight forward and assertive.
That way there's no misunderstanding.
I'm open minded and friendly.
I cook, clean, do laundry and whatever else I need to do to help.
