Looking for a room to rent in Petaluma (petaluma)

I am looking for a large bedroom or Master in Petaluma.
I would like to find a place that has availability to store a bicycle and a few bins (camping gear, kitchen stuff, etc).
As well as having kitchen and laundry access.
I’m a single female with no pets or children.
A early morning riser that appreciates a clean bathroom.
I am employed full-time, locally.
I value communication when living with others and cleanliness.
I am 420 friendly and can provide references and credit report.
My budget is around $1000 and I prefer a house including myself to be less than 3 people.
Ideally just 2 of us.
I’m really hoping 🤞🏼 to find one person with a house that wants the extra income and has the space.
