_We are looking for a Concession Manager to join us in the Bloomingdale’s department store located in Palo Alto, CA.

_Our Concession Managers have a pivotal role in creating a first-class shopping experience in our concessions in line with our core values.
Self-aware, with a non-political leadership style, our Concession Managers are strong people managers who nurture, coach and develop strong teams, drive commerciality and identify opportunities for growth in their concession.

_Key accountabilities and KPIs include:_
* _Leading by example, ensuring the team deliver an outstanding customer service and in brand experience by putting the customer at the forefront of all we do_
* _Building a commercially viable strategy tailored to your concession’s customer profile, making good use of local market insight and competitor activity to develop initiatives that drive footfall, customer loyalty and engagement_
* _Maintaining a commercial approach to role and operations, working effectively and in close partnership with the Regional Manager to maximise concession profitability_
* _Recognising key areas of strength within the team and the concession, thinking of ways to improve and build upon current trade_

_As a Concession Manager we will provide you with tailored training and ongoing support from the get-go to ensure you have all the tools you succeed in your role within your region.
We will need you to demonstrate previous experience managing a team with the ability to influence, coach and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels with a low-ego and self-aware leadership style.
With a keen focus on people development, you will be confident in your delivery and motivated to add value, utilising the strengths of your team around you to think ‘bigger picture’.
