About this Role:
The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for ensuring e-commerce orders are shipped quickly and accurately as well as opens and/or closes the store.
They are responsible for following the guidelines in their training to perform the job.
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include taking product from the shelf, packaging it for shipping, and ensuring smooth transition to the carriers.
Utilize technology to support the pick pack and ship process.
Assists all customers while on retail floor maintaining our “Customer First Policy”.
Performs additional tasks and special projects as assigned by store manager or his/her assistant manager.
Works under immediate supervision.
Opens and closes the store during any given shift.
Expectations:
Availability to work Saturdays.

Attention to detail to ensure that the correct products are shipped out.
Full time employees must work 40 hrs a week.
Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move boxes and stand for long periods of time.
Must have basic computer skills.
Compensation will be based on experience.
